Audio conferencing facilities are available on all Savincom’s hosted voice offering.

The Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) is a signalling protocol used for controlling communication sessions such as Voice over IP telephone calls. SIP is based around request/response transactions, in a similar manner to the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP). Each transaction consists of a SIP request (which will be one of several request methods), and at least one response.

Savincom works with a number of SIP providers including Vodafone, TelcoSwitch, Exponential-E and Gamma to provide competitive SIP solutions.

Wall boards are available on both our CallSwitch and Horizon hosted platforms. They provide real time reports, live statistics, and allow you to schedule reports and view them in various formats. They are available on easy to use web portals and are customisable. You can choose to be notified of scheduled reports via email or even access them via an app.
